Privacy notice
This notice covers the contact form on this site. It is the only place where the site collects anything about you.
Who is responsible
TSW Consultation Co., based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, decides how the details you send are used.

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your email address, and optionally your company, the kind of help you are looking for, and your message. The sending service also records the IP address the message came from, and includes it in the notification we receive.
The site sets no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice and an unsent draft of the form, both of which stay on your device.
Why we need it
To answer you. That is the whole purpose, and it is why the form asks you to agree before it will send: without your details there is no way to reply. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox and keeps a copy on its own systems. Our email is hosted by Google. Both are processors acting on our instructions; neither is given your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than 24 months after the last exchange. The copy held by the sending service is kept for one year.
What you can ask for
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days. Asking costs nothing and does not affect how we deal with your enquiry.

Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. We do not notify past senders of edits, so the current version is always the one published here.
